Sheriff’s Office Adding Team of Case Managers to Help Incarcerated Individuals Better Transition int

Pueblo, CO: The Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office is adding a team of case managers to help address the increased need for mental health and substance abuse treatment among individuals incarcerated in the Pueblo County Jail. Sheriff Kirk M. Taylor is hiring a full-time case manager and two part-time case managers who will join a team of four case managers, a mental health clinician and a pre-sentence coordinator, to provide increased services surrounding mental health and substance abuse treatment to certain incarcerated individuals. The positions are funded through a Jail Based Behavioral Health Services grant.
