Pueblo, CO: This morning Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office Detectives served a search warrant on a home in the 23000 block of County Farm Road. In the days leading up to the search, a caller told detectives that there was a large grow at the address. When detectives investigated, they were able to see the marijuana plants through a gapping fabric fence. Detectives were also able to observe the grow was not locked down and well exceeded the 12 plants maximum for any residential area. Detectives made contact with the occupants of the property just after 9am. As detectives searched the property, they checked the individuals for warrants and weapons. The search was conducted without incident. It yielded fifty plants and five guns. The fully-grown plants were near harvest and have been confiscated. No arrests have been made at this time, but detectives are conducting interviews and will be forwarding charge requests to the district attorney’s office.
